Description yoga

My yoga style was very much influenced by the yoga style Tri Yoga Flow according to Kali Ray. The special thing about this type of yoga practice is the repetitive, flowing movements with which the yoga postures are prepared. Every movement is connected to your own breathing flow so that a meditative state can arise. The body becomes supple and strengthened, energy begins to flow and thoughts calm down.
The yoga courses are subsidized by health insurance companies as part of prevention. Please ask your statutory health insurance provider about this.
My yoga courses take place in the Avasata Yogastudio, Gutenbergstr. 91 and on floor 3, Zeppelinstr. 91 in Potsdam.
I also conduct yoga courses for and in companies, currently for the museum shops Neues Palais and Sanccouci Potsdam, Potsdam Administrative Court, LAFIM Potsdam.
Individual lessons, which enable completely individual practice, are possible at home.
In my naturopathic practice I offer psychotherapeutic support (Hp) with a focus on Hakomi and process-oriented homeopathy, as well as massages.
