Healing Yoga with Maria Dieste
For over 30 years, I have been helping people to better understand their bodies, prevent ailments, and regain more mobility and quality of life.
My therapeutic yoga combines gentle yoga exercises with sound knowledge of anatomy, posture and functional movement sequences. The goal is not to learn difficult yoga poses, but to get to know your own body better and to support it in a targeted way.
My courses are aimed particularly at people with back, shoulder, hip or knee problems, as well as anyone who wants to maintain their mobility and actively do something for their health. No prior knowledge or special flexibility is required.
In addition to my therapeutic yoga courses, I also pass on my many years of knowledge to yoga teachers. I currently offer the Healing Yoga training in individual one-on-one support and assist yoga teachers in developing more confidence and competence in dealing with the physical ailments of their course participants.
I teach therapeutic yoga in person in Anröchte and – by individual arrangement – also in individual sessions.
