My name is Isabell Heinrich, but please call me Isy.
I have been a state-certified sports and gymnastics teacher, yoga teacher and Pilates instructor for 11 years.
Movement and teaching are my passion!
The biggest compliment for me is a satisfied smile from my participants after a yoga or Pilates class!
In my courses the focus is particularly on the well-being of your body! I want to show you how you can improve your body awareness!
After working in rehabilitation sports for over 11 years, I pay particular attention to joint-friendly movement and detailed instructions.
In my lessons I would like to show you and explain the positive effects yoga and Pilates have on your body and mind.
