Description yoga

Namaste, my name is Isi, and I've been teaching yoga for almost three years now. I love and live yoga intensely and would love to share this with you.

I completed the intensive yoga teacher training at Yoga Vidya and have since participated in many advanced training courses and workshops.

Beginners and experienced yogis are welcome, as I like to offer variations. Through my advanced training in Anusara Yoga with yogaeasy, you have the opportunity to experience asanas very deeply and learn to perform them with increasing skill.

Tolle Anleitung mit viel Karisma. Auf Wunsch hands on, sehr abwechslungsreiche Stunden. Im Angebot verschiedene auch nicht so bekannte Yogastile (z.B. Hormonyoga) *****
