Description yoga
Our institute was founded in 1990 with the aim of helping people by promoting health and giving them more opportunities for mental and spiritual development. This is ensured through courses for all levels and age groups, lectures, workshops as well as training and further education for teachers. The institute is a non-profit organization and does not pursue any economic goals.
Our teachers are certified Iyengar yoga teachers who regularly take part in further training courses at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune/India, among others. Rita Keller, the institute's leading teacher, is one of the most recognized senior teachers at home and abroad as well as an authorized training teacher.
