Welcome to Mental Health Yoga. Here you'll find preventative yoga courses in Essen and the surrounding area, prenatal yoga, mother-baby yoga classes, and yoga for specific physical and mental health challenges.
I am a psychological yoga therapist and Hatha yoga teacher in the Sivananda tradition. You'll find a large selection of online courses on my website.
Many in-person courses (prenatal and postnatal yoga) take place at the midwifery practice in Essen-Kettwig.
