    Entspannt zu mir finden

    Petra stellt ihre Stunden sehr umsichtig zusammen, wobei sie sowohl die äußeren Faktoren berücksichtigt (wie z. B. das Wetter) als auch die (tagesaktuellen) Befindlichkeiten der Schüler. Sie findet für jeden die passenden Übungen und stellt auch schon mal eine Praxis für die Urlaubstage zusammen zum Mitnehmen. Sie überrascht uns immer wieder mit schönen Ideen und führt uns vorsichtig an herausforderndere Asanas heran. Gewürzt werden die Stunden mit einer Prise Humor und einer wohlige Herzenswärme. Seit ich zu Petra gehe, brauche ich keinen Chiropraktiker mehr. Mit ihrer einfühlsamen Art ist es ihr gelungen, mich an die tägliche Yogapraxis heranzuführen. Dafür bin ich ihr von Herzen dankbar. Ich kann ihre Stunden nur empfehlen.

    Der kleine Urlaub einmal pro Woche

    Seit über 3 Jahren bin ich absolut glücklich mit diesem Yoga Kurs. Die Atmosphäre ist immer sehr entspannt und inspirierend. Die Übungen sind immer super abgestimmt. Bei Bedarf werden eigene Beschwerden durch gezielte Asanas ausgeglichen. Auch das Bewusstsein für sich selbst und seine Umwelt wird wunderbar verstärkt. Einfach eine Wohlfühloase.
    Auch in Zeiten von Corona, wird man durch Online Kurse gut begleitet.
    Nur zu empfehlen :)

    Overall impression

    Sehr gute Zusammenstellung der Übungen und mit verständlichen Worten erklärt, wie die Asanas korrekt ausgeführt werden. Es muss nicht alles perfekt sein. Petra führt ihre yogis zur Achtsamkeit auf den eigenen Körper zu hören und das Bewusstsein für den eigenen Körper zu stärken. Dabei geht sie in jeder Kursstunde auf die aktuellen Bedürfnisse der Yogis ein.
