Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind:
Depending on your health insurance company, our yoga prevention courses for beginners, intermediate level and pregnant women are reimbursed up to €150 twice a year. The prerequisite is attendance for at least 80% of the course hours. You will receive the certificate of participation for reimbursement of costs at the end of the course.
Please bring your own yoga mat/sleeping mat with you to the course. Comfortable clothing, a blanket and a cushion to sit on (doesn't have to be a yoga seat cushion) are also helpful.
