With the “R-AuM for yoga and integral life practice” in Holzwickede, we, Marion and Andreas Buhr, have created a place for encounters and development.
Millennia-old wisdom teachings from Eastern culture such as the exercise paths of traditional yoga are supplemented with modern therapeutic and educational approaches from Western culture. By teaching different approaches, it is possible to learn to develop a new, expanded view of the diverse facets of daily life (such as professional or personal life situations, health problems, situations of loss, stress, etc.). Often, even a small change in perspective leads to a completely new understanding of your own situation and a resulting change in how you deal with it.
Based on the self-image of a holistic approach that encompasses all areas of personality and human life, we would like to accompany you on your very individual path of change and development and support you in (re)discovering and helping you to (re)discover hidden resources and potentials within to bring the released energy back to “new life” and integrate it into everyday life.
