Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind:
New to Back School & Yoga Bremen? For all yoga classes, prior registration via Momoyoga is required, as our classes are often fully booked or even full. Please only attend with a confirmed registration.
Beginners and those returning to yoga are welcome. Hatha Yoga, Back Yoga, Yin Yoga, and preventative health courses are particularly suitable for beginners. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the class starts and wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and props are available at our yoga and education center in Bremen-Neustadt.
Depending on the course, participation may also be possible through EGYM Wellpass and Hansefit. Certified preventative health courses according to §20 SGB V (German Social Code, Book V) may be subsidized by health insurance companies. If you're unsure which yoga course in Bremen is right for you, we're happy to advise you before you register for the first time.
