1) DO I HAVE TO REGISTER IF I WANT TO COME TO A TRIAL LESSON?
No. In principle, you can come to all open courses without registering. You can find an overview of the courses at www.sunnymindyoga.de.
2) WHEN SHOULD I BE THERE?
It's best to arrive about 20 minutes before the course starts. Then you still have enough time to change in peace, roll out your mat and drink a glass of tea.
Please pay attention to punctuality in general. Once a course has started, we “mute” our bell and can no longer open the door for you.
3) DO I NEED TO BRING SOMETHING?
No. We have everything you need in the studio. If you have your own mat, you are welcome to bring it with you, but we also provide studio mats.
Tea and water are also available for you free of charge.
4) WHICH COURSE IS BEST TO TAKE?
If you don't have any yoga experience yet, it's best to go to our intro yoga course or a level 1 course. If you like sport and have already gained yoga experience, you can also attend our Level 2 course.
We will also be happy to advise you on which of our courses is best for you. Please send us a message or call us at 0163-6041624.
5) HOW DOES A TRIAL LESSON COST?
A trial lesson costs 10 euros.
6) ARE THERE ALSO SPECIAL OFFERS FOR NEWBOARDS?
Our intro yoga course for beginners takes place every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. We also offer our newbie workshops at regular intervals especially for absolute beginners. Our yoga studio is located on Kölner Straße/corner of Birkenbergstraße in the middle of Opladen's pedestrian zone. Surrounding shops include the Kamps bakery (opposite), the Kopp jeweler and Ernsting's Family (directly below our studio on the ground floor).
The entrance to our studio is behind Ernsting's Family - there you can ring the bell 30 minutes before the course starts and come to us on the first floor :-)
PARKING POSSIBILITIES
Our yoga studio is located directly on the Opladen pedestrian zone. If you come to us by car, you can park cheaply or free of charge in the surrounding residential area (depending on the street/time). There is plenty of parking on the streets.
There is a parking lot with around 50 spaces on Kämpchenstraße (direct side street to the studio).
You can also park at the Opladen market square. In both parking lots and on the streets, one hour costs 0.70 euros. You can even park here for free after 7 p.m. and on Sundays and public holidays.
A few meters further (corner of Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße and Günther-Weisenborn-Straße) is the GBO parking garage. You can park there for free for the first hour, and every additional hour costs 1.60 euros each.
