Description yoga

Every Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in Tostedt I invite you to have a special yoga class with my students and me.

I began my practice in 2000 and have been teaching in many countries around the world since 2007. In my classes you will experience the depth of a true yoga practice in your body, mind and soul. You will learn traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga and meditation.

Everyone is welcome.

In each class you will also learn the history, philosophy, teachings and way of life that yogis have lived for more than 5000 years.
