Description yoga
Yin Yoga is a very calm form in which we can penetrate the fascia tissue by relaxing the muscles (holding a position for a long time), thereby influencing the meridians.
Yin is the opposite of Yang, and therefore we find peace and relaxation here. This helps regulate the nervous system, increases mobility, and improves sleep. You'll experience everything else in the class.

- Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind: If you have them, please bring all your yoga equipment (such as a mat, yoga block, blanket, bolster, strap, etc.) to the session, as the practice doesn't have any storage space for me. If you don't have a mat, I'm happy to bring one for you; just let me know in advance. Otherwise, I recommend wearing warm and comfortable clothing in layers, especially socks (no sneakers), something to drink in a glass-free bottle, and a curiosity about letting go and the tranquility of Yin Yoga.
