*ABOUT US*
The Yoga Circus is a yoga studio, café and midwifery practice at the same time. A concept for the whole family. For us, circus means diversity, colors, entertainment, fun, sometimes hard work, lightness, fascination, and so on. It is precisely this colorfulness, the space for many characters who enjoy it and inspires our name. Because, just like a circus, we want to bring the whole family – from babies to grandparents – together with our diverse program.
We were particularly impressed by the circus of the 20s and 30s, which enchanted us with their look made of feathers, sequins and gel hairstyles. You will find this look in every corner of our lovingly designed studio.
*YOGA*
With our diverse program, our team will accompany you through all stages of your life. We offer pre- and postnatal yoga, yoga for moms & babies, children's yoga, men's yoga, seniors' yoga, family yoga, vinyasa yoga, aerial yoga and yin yoga. Feel free to come by for a trial lesson!
*MIDWIFE PRACTICE*
Our team of midwives is available to provide you with advice and support during pregnancy, the postpartum period and in the first year of your child's life! We support you, for example, with pregnancy support, check-ups, pregnancy yoga, birth preparation courses, postpartum care, postnatal courses, baby massage or porridge advice.
*COFFEE SHOP*
In our café you can enjoy lovingly and freshly cooked food and cakes as well as tea and coffee specialties after yoga or just simply. And the best thing about it: All dishes are vegetarian, mostly organic and regionally produced. Since we have taken up the theme of 'family', children are more than welcome and we are fully prepared for our little guests with plenty of stroller parking, a play area, diapers, baby food, etc.
