Treat yourself to a conscious break and immerse yourself in the quiet, profound practice of Yin Yoga. In this course, we embark on a gentle journey through the chakras – the energy centers of your body – creating space for relaxation, balance, and inner clarity.
Each session is dedicated to one chakra and combines long-held Yin positions, mindful breathing exercises, and short meditations. In the last hour, we connect all the chakras and bring the journey to a holistic close.
✨ For you, if you are looking for…– deep relaxation and regeneration– want to get your energy flowing again– want to take time for yourself and your inner balance (Yin Yoga is suitable for all experience levels.)
Start: Monday, April 13th, 8:00–9:15 pm
