With me, you'll find empathetic, non-dogmatic yoga classes – open to beginners, advanced students, and people with physical limitations. No pressure to perform, no expectations. You don't have to contort yourself or conform to any preconceived notions – just come as you are.

With a therapeutic perspective, a trauma-sensitive approach, and plenty of warmth, I'll guide you in finding your own unique yoga path – at your own pace, with space for what you need right now.
