Welcome to Yoga Freiburg! Here you will find a space for conscious movement, clear alignment, and deep body awareness. I offer Iyengar yoga classes for beginners and advanced students (men are welcome here), Yoni Egg pelvic floor exercises specifically for women, as well as yoga workshops and retreats – in Freiburg and online.
I have been teaching yoga for over 20 years. The focus is on your body awareness, healthy movement, and a practice that strengthens you.
I also offer private lessons and corporate yoga.
The classes are certified by health insurance companies, and Hansefit members can participate as part of their membership.

Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind:
You don't need any yoga experience, and you're welcome to come with plenty of experience. The classes are for all levels. There are always alternatives. All props are provided. We practice barefoot on non-slip yoga mats. Comfortable, clean clothing is helpful, and please refrain from wearing perfume or strong-smelling deodorant. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts so we can start together.
The entrance to the yoga school is by the fig tree, across the parking lot and through the garden gate.
