In this course you will learn the important basics for safe yoga practice. A calm teaching pace is the fundamental basis of stable attitudes. Precise explanations and careful instruction, as well as practicing together, are the focus of this course. The course is ideal for anyone who doesn't know yoga yet and would like to try it out. We have complete yoga equipment (mat, blocks, strap) in the studio.
