Description yoga
I teach Hatha Yoga and offer courses, including yoga for pregnant women, and personal yoga in Bochum-Weitmar Mark. As a physiotherapist, my yoga courses are recognized by statutory health insurance companies as prevention courses and are subsidized or, depending on the insurance company, even covered. My dear colleague Carolanne teaches Hatha Yoga prevention courses with a focus on alignment and somatic yoga, or Somayoga for short, and senior yoga.
Katrin teaches children's yoga and thus ensures that younger yogis can finally be active in the yoga school.
