Description yoga
I teach Hatha Yoga and offer courses, including prenatal yoga, senior yoga, children's yoga, and personal yoga sessions in Bochum-Weitmar Mark. As a physiotherapist, my yoga courses (except for children's yoga) are recognized by statutory health insurance companies as preventative health courses and are subsidized or, depending on your insurance provider, even fully covered. My dear colleague Carolanne teaches Hatha Yoga preventative health courses with a focus on alignment and somatic yoga (Somayoga for short), as well as senior yoga.
Helmar teaches children's yoga, ensuring that even younger yogis can finally be active in the yoga studio.
