Daily routine:
7:30 a.m. – Gentle morning yoga and breathwork at sunrise
9:00 a.m. – Nourishing, fresh breakfast
10:30 am – Workshop, healing session or cacao ceremony
1:00 PM – Light, healthy lunch
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Time for you: pool, beach, silence or a good book
4:30 p.m. – Yin Yoga
6:00 PM – Dinner
8:00 PM – Meditation under the starry sky or free time
The offers are, of course, voluntary and you decide to what extent you use the units.
