Our yoga style is characterized by…:
My yoga offerings include a wide variety of yoga positions, which are built up in a series of exercises and are practiced in a calm, static or flowing dynamic way that complement each other in the forms of movement. Through a targeted build-up of tension in the individual yoga exercises, accompanied by attention to the exercise design, mobility and strength are trained equally. Through this mindfulness of external and internal processes, activity and relaxation find a harmonious relationship and thus promote a better sense of body. The focus is not on the perfection of the exercise design, but rather the exercises are varied according to your individual possibilities and thus receive an aesthetic expression.
I teach yoga across traditions by integrating different styles of yoga and using modern teaching methods. -
Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind:
• Please bring comfortable clothing and, if necessary, warm socks for the yoga class.
• Mats, blankets, etc. are available in sufficient numbers. However, you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat.
• It is advisable not to eat anything or only a little for 1-2 hours before the yoga class.
• All positions can be adjusted and varied to suit your needs. Please contact me if you are unsure.

Yoga has fascinated me since I was 19. The diversity of āsana with its possible variations as well as the philosophical ideas with their comprehensive and strengthening concepts of life continually arouse my interest and inspire me. The contemplative work on the body in a calm as well as dynamic way of practicing, combined with the flow of breath, is an island of inner peace and mental strength in the flow of everyday life. This allows me to experience myself as self-effective, centered and strengthened. I can organize my everyday life more harmoniously and more alertly and gain new inspiration for my life. For me, yoga is the light in my life. I would like to pass this on in my courses.
As a trained yoga teacher and yoga therapist, I have been teaching yoga with passion for many years. I participate in various yoga training and continuing education courses. In my studies of Indology, Sanskrit and religious studies, I found access to the classical sources of yoga. I pass on this knowledge with enthusiasm. I am also a trained Ayurveda therapist and combine yoga and Ayurveda in my holistic treatments.
