    Sehr bekanntes Yogaunternehmen

    Vor zwei Jahren in der Nähe von Ladendorf wohnend habe ich auch dieses im Umkreis sehr bekannte Yogastudio in Mistelbach besucht. Super, dass es sehr viele Yogastile und Yogalehrer gibt. Ich war einige Male dort und habe mich auch wohlgefühlt. Abschreckend für mich war, dass ein Kurs total überbucht wurde und die Leute wirklich zusammengepfercht wurden bis zum Geht-nicht-mehr. Korrigiert wird dann niemand, wenn über 20 Leute im Saal sind, gerade das ist bei Yoga wichtig. Geht man in den verschiedenen Richtungen gibt es total verwirrende Sonnengrüße - jeder Yogalehrer macht sein eigens Programm.
    Spiritualität ist weniger, muss aber nicht sein. Die Leiterin und die Yogalehrerinnen sind sehr freundlich.
