Description yoga

The YogaBude is a casual, modern 115 m² yoga studio with a loft-like atmosphere and is located in the middle of Uelzen in the pedestrian zone above the Warnecke bakery: bright, flooded with light, friendly and with a view of the St. Marien Church. We teach Hatha Yoga in the tradition of Viniyoga in manageable groups of a maximum of 12 participants. The exercises are adapted to the physical capabilities of the participants and are carried out mindfully in coordination with the breath. This is how we create the conditions for a healthy and effective yoga practice.
