Description yoga
In 2003, I founded the YogaPrema yoga studio in the creative quarter and harbor district of Duisburg-Ruhrort. Since then, my yoga studio has been a popular meeting place for people seeking a mindful and calm style of yoga and who want to practice yoga in a relaxed atmosphere. In the lovingly furnished spaces – overlooking the Rhine – I offer mindfully taught yoga classes, subsidized prevention courses, individual yoga therapy sessions, Quantum Entrainment (QE©) according to Frank Kinslow, and yoga trainings.
Since my Svastha Yoga Therapy training with Dr. Günter Niessen and Dr. Ganesh Mohan, I have been oriented towards Vini Yoga in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya and T. K. V. Desikachar, as well as Ayur Yoga according to Remo Rittiner, both in my group classes and in my individual sessions.
The spiritual aspect and the holistic nature of yoga are particularly important to me; It's always about the harmonious connection between body, mind, soul, and breath.
