Description yoga

I am 56 years old, married and mother of two adult daughters. I have lived in Much for over 20 years. I worked as an art director in an advertising agency until 2013 and still work freelance in this area for various clients. But my heart belongs to yoga, which also has a big creative part for me. Since 2016 I have also been a certified trainer for rehabilitation sports, a wonderful addition to my yoga classes.
