The Berg Yoga School offers yoga courses for everyone in a pleasant atmosphere. The participants are introduced to the world of yoga with a lot of love and dedication while listening to relaxing music. Whether children, mothers, working people or entire groups, everyone is welcome.
Yoga is a mixture of physical exercises, relaxation and breathing exercises. The exercises promote health and well-being. Yoga brings physical and psychological imbalances into balance and is therefore ideal for reducing stress. Breathing, physical and relaxation exercises as well as meditation can be learned and carried out by all age groups.
Jutta Weber has been dedicated to holistic yoga teaching for many years. After graduating from high school and ending her career as a competitive athlete in roller and figure skating, she remained closely connected to the sport as a trainer with a B license for over 20 years. She was able to achieve many national championships and international successes with her protégés. At the height of her athletic coaching career, she was looking for a new challenge, which she found in yoga teaching.
Your strong sense of harmony and balance is reflected in your interactions with other people. Her loving charisma and her great experience in teaching make her practice sessions a very special experience. Jutta Weber has been offering yoga courses with great popularity for many years. She has now taken the step to her own yoga school in Berg, where she teaches specially developed course programs for people of all ages.
Anyone who is interested in yoga can take a trial course to gain access to yoga. No special physical requirements are required.
