Description yoga
I have been a trained Sivananda yoga teacher since 1996 and have found my calling and fulfillment in it. I teach Hatha yoga and Yin yoga and differentiate in my classes between inhalation-emphasized (lunar) and exhalation-emphasised (solar) breathing types. Since 2015 I have also been giving regular retreats and seminars, as well as individual yoga days and workshops in addition to my ongoing yoga courses. Since November 2020 I have also been teaching online via Zoom.

- Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind: I offer a 10-day basic course for yoga beginners twice a year, giving you a solid foundation. Otherwise, you are welcome to take part in a free trial lesson in one of my current courses to get to know me and my sunlight yoga.
