Description yoga
Since 2007, the Kleinmachnow Yoga School has been a place where yoga is authentically lived and taught. We teach classical philosophical-meditative yoga and modern Hatha yoga. Everyone is welcome. Depending on your style, you can practice yoga therapeutically, meditatively, physically, spiritually, or even individually. It is particularly important to us to support people in finding their inner peace and strength. Those who wish to firmly anchor these qualities in their lives can use the yoga training to integrate these techniques into their everyday life in such a way that they enrich their individual path through life with greater depth, clarity, and joy.
