Strengthen your immune system with yoga during and after cancer – mindful living through autumn & winter

Treat yourself to a conscious break for body, mind and soul and prepare yourself mindfully for the cold season in this 8-week course.

Especially in autumn, it's important to strengthen your own resources and give your body the attention it deserves. Gentle yoga exercises can help.

Through conscious breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation, we support general well-being and promote the body's own regeneration processes.

A special focus is placed on breathing, gentle mobilization of the body and support of the lymphatic system.

The exercises are individually tailored and can help to regain strength, improve body awareness and find more inner balance.
