Bewegung, die du fühlen kannst.
Du willst dich bewegen – aber ohne „jetzt bitte alle in die perfekte Pose“? Dann bist du hier genau richtig.

In diesem Yoga Kurs geht’s weniger ums Nachmachen und mehr ums Reinspüren. Wie fühlt sich Bewegung eigentlich an, wenn du ihr wirklich zuhörst?

Wir starten entspannt und lassen den Körper Schritt für Schritt mehr übernehmen: mal fließend, mal ruhig, mal vielleicht ein bisschen ungewohnt. Du darfst ausprobieren, erforschen, Pausen machen – alles in deinem Tempo. Manchmal zeigen sich dabei verspannte Ecken, manchmal überraschend leichte. Während du so forschst und dich bewegst, darf dein Körper ganz nebenbei lernen, Spannung loszulassen und wieder mehr in Balance und Harmonie zu kommen.

Der Kurs verbindet fließende Elemente mit langsamen Bewegungen und gehaltenen Positionen und ist auch (aber nicht nur!) für Anfänger*innen geeignet. Du brauchst keine Vorkenntnisse - nur die Bereitschaft, dir und deinem Körper neugierig zu begegnen.

Relax & Flow - unwind through movement.

The course is a mix of Slow Vinyasa Flow with somatic elements – you don't need any prior knowledge, the course is also suitable for beginners.

The Cacao Circle invites you to step out of everyday life for a few hours and reconnect with yourself. In a lovingly prepared space, we combine the heart-opening effect of ceremonial cacao with gentle somatic exercises, meditation, reflection, and sharing.

Each circle has its own theme and is based on the respective season and its qualities – sometimes it's about letting go, sometimes about introspection, connection, or consciously setting new intentions. You don't need any prior experience, just the willingness to approach yourself with curiosity and openness.

These circles with ceremonial cacao are an invitation to slow down, to reconnect with yourself, and to give yourself time for what wants to be seen, felt, and moved within you.
