Description Yoga Retreat

If we succeed in cultivating this practice, joy will not just be a temporary state; it can become a constant companion throughout our lives.

Our everyday life will become kinder, easier, more harmonious, and more meaningful.

This is a path of practice worth taking. Every journey begins with a first step, and so does every path of practice. This weekend seminar can be the beginning of that journey or a new beginning.

We will learn and deepen our understanding of asanas (yoga postures), enjoy movement together in the fresh air, eat healthy food, laugh together, and discover much more about lasting joy.
