    Did you know that I treat myself to a break once a year in one of the four Hindu ashrams in Germany?

    For me, it's always a weekend when I consciously leave my everyday life behind to immerse myself in deep relaxation. A weekend that nourishes me and gives me inspiration and lots of energy.

    And because it touches and inspires me deeply every time, I want to give you this wonderful experience too and experience a break with me.

    I am a Hatha yoga teacher and specialize in curvy yoga for women. I teach the yoga poses in such a way that you can easily do them even if you have a larger stomach, thighs or bottom. I love showing you new possibilities and seeing how you grow beyond yourself through new experiences.
