Description Yoga Retreat
Sometimes our minds are tireless, jumping from one thought to the next. We feel like we're being controlled by someone else. Yoga offers us peace, renewed energy, strengthens our muscles, and promotes flexibility. By shifting our focus from our heads to our bodies and reconnecting with ourselves.
A warm invitation to relaxation yoga, once a month at Caritas in Düsseldorf-Wersten. This summer, we meet in the community garden (entrance at the corner of Liebfrauenstraße and Burscheiderstraße).
For all ages, for beginners as well as experienced yogis. Relaxing, gentle exercises are followed by strengthening poses. Gentle stretches in the third part of the session calm the mind and body. We explore our individual range of motion with humor and without pressure to perform.
Please bring comfortable clothing and a mat.
Individual sessions can be booked for €9 each:
