    Ich kann Katrin Koster von ganzem Herzen empfehlen! Sie unterrichtet Yin Yoga mit viel Wissen, Herzlichkeit und einer Prise Humor. Auch für Menschen, die eigentlich eher fordernde Yogastile bevorzugen, eignen sich die Stunden als wunderbarer Ausgleich & zur tiefen Entspannung hervorragend. Unbedingt ausprobieren!
