In a world full of distractions – characterized by constant connectivity and a relentless flood of information – we easily lose touch with ourselves. Our attention is focused more on the external world, while our inner voice grows ever quieter. Perhaps you know this feeling and long for more focus, clarity, and inner peace?
I invite you to a yoga weekend to consciously pause and press "pause". Through conscious alignment in the asanas (yoga positions) and mindful breathing work, we can gain clarity, focus energy and arrive more in ourselves.
In my yoga classes, I specifically use props such as blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters. These support the alignment of the yoga positions and make the practice more precise, safer and more effective. This benefits both beginners and advanced learners alike. Instead of fast flows, the focus is on longer dwell times in the asanas in order to achieve a deep effect on muscles, joints and organs.
The precise alignment and conscious focus on details transform the practice into a form of meditation in motion – a space where clarity can emerge and you can realign yourself.
