Kundalini yoga for a strong immune system
Saturday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m
in the Honigsee village community center, Alte Dorfstr. 1, Honey Lake
No previous knowledge is necessary!
Each workshop can be booked individually!
Due to the limited number of participants, please register bindingly for the workshop(s).

In these two workshops the focus is on strengthening your immune system through various yogic techniques. These include kriyas (exercise series), pranayamas (breathing techniques) and meditations to strengthen the immune system, ward off illness and promote elimination and digestion. You will get to know these techniques, integrate them into your everyday life and thereby take even more responsibility for your own health and well-being.

About Us:
I have been a Kundalini Yoga teacher since 2015 and teach several yoga courses weekly online and in person. My interest lies in combining ancient yogic knowledge with current medical and scientific research. In my workshops I impart this knowledge and promote your own experience through yoga exercises.
