TICINO RETREAT
5-DAY RETREAT WITH LEA AND MARTINA
September 30th. - 4 OCTOBER 2026
In the village center of the small mountain village of Novaggio stands a beautifully renovated, large, old Ticino house: Casa Corvo - an oasis of peace, nestled in the gently rolling and densely vegetated hilly landscape.
Join us for five relaxing days in beautiful Ticino, slow down and recharge your batteries.
Here's what you can expect:
• Opening & Closing Ceremony
• Vinyasa Yoga & Yin Yoga
• Meditation, Pranayama & Yoga Nidra sessions
• Workshops (optional)
• group hike (optional)
• Regional and seasonal meals: 4x brunch, 4x dinner & snacks (vegetarian)
• Garden, loggia, natural surroundings for hiking and relaxation, waterfall for swimming
• Mats and aids are available

Retreat location:
The retreat house is located in the historic village center of Novaggio, a beautiful, typical and lively Ticino village in the Malcantone region. The village has organic shops, a gelateria, cafes, restaurants and a secondhand shop.
Arrival:
Cars cannot enter the narrow streets of the village center, so it is very quiet. We recommend using public transport to travel to Novaggio.
The train connections from Zurich, Bern and Basel are now very convenient and faster than traveling by car. And traffic to and within Ticino can be relatively heavy.
If you do decide to come by car, there is a large parking lot at the village entrance (max. 5 min. to the retreat house).
The price in the Parecheggio comunale is 4 CHF per day (MON-FRI, SA+SUN free).
A blue zone near the retreat house can be used for loading and unloading.

Single beds can be booked in the double room, meaning you share the room with other people.

All levels are welcome
Language:
We speak German, English and French. The yoga lessons are in German.
