About Us: Welcome to my Dojo! 🧘🏼‍♀️

My name is Hella. I am the mother of a wonderful boy and a sweet girl. Despite my training as a yoga teacher and meditation leader, many further training courses and numerous ZaZen sessions in silent monasteries, I am able to learn anew every day that my two children are my greatest masters.

Since my youth and especially today as a mom, yoga has helped me not to lose myself in everyday life and to keep myself physically and mentally fit. My children also really enjoy it and I can teach them values such as mindfulness and calmness in a playful way.

The Japanese term Dōjō means “place of meditation” and “self-discovery”. The Yoga Dojo offers you a space in which you can move and find yourself again.
