a vision board
In the morning we will practice quiet and gentle Yin Yoga in the idyllic former monastery of Aller Heiligenberg. Short meditations are good for our souls and raise our energy levels.
During the organic breakfast (vegetarian/vegan) that follows, we also pamper our bodies with delicious food.
The afternoon is entirely our creativity; we paint abstract, beautiful landscapes on canvas in the colors that open and delight our hearts at that moment.
On September 2nd, 2023 we will also design a vision board in mixed media, elements from creative coaching will guide us into our intuition.
Water, Yogi tea, snacks and fruit are available for you throughout the day.
An overnight stay in the guest area of the former monastery is possible,
feel free to ask there.
