Through movement, breathing and mindful perception, an interplay of activity and rest is created both externally and internally, which not only brings you closer to yourself step by step, but also allows you to feel again what is already inside you. A space that supports you and at the same time lets you feel again what you need.
Supported by the location and its architecture itself: clear lines, natural materials, painted views and an atmosphere that not only promises tranquility, but makes it tangible. Because spaces have an effect, often quietly, but noticeably. And that is precisely where their power for regeneration lies. Everything you need is already there: vast nature, quiet retreats, soothing spaces, nourishing food and time. Time to relax, to enjoy, to discover, or simply to be.
Invigorating and clarifying in the morning.
In the evening, calm, restorative and introspective.
In between: space for you. For silence, nature, perhaps a small adventure or conscious retreat.

  • About Us: My entire being and actions have always revolved around humanity and visions of a more valuable life. Be it in architecture, in the creation of humane living spaces, or in movement within connecting communities. It's about exploring and shaping spaces within and around you, and unlocking your potential.
    We practice yoga twice a day. The yoga practice on the mat in the morning is designed to be constructive, powerful and energizing, while in the late afternoon we focus on decelerating, somatic Yin Yoga and sometimes also on one or two workshops. Always sprinkled with a touch of pranayama and meditation. My teaching style is a mix of all the teachings and practices I have experienced myself. My yoga style is particularly influenced by yoga therapy approaches, spatial and perceptual impulses, and a deep introspection. The yoga on the mat is framed by inspirations and new impulses for a yogic lifestyle off the mat, right in the middle of your life.
    Let yourself be surprised. Every retreat is unique. And it will continually give you new insights.
