The fascia (connective tissue) is often stuck together due to a lack of exercise and stress. This limits our body's freedom of movement. In fascia yoga, the fascia is moved and stretched, and adhesions and tangles are released through stretching. The fascia yoga exercises not only address the superficial fascia, but also the deeper connective tissue. This helps to release blocked energy pathways. Mobility is increased and posture is improved. You also feel younger, fresher and more powerful. Some of the exercises are carried out with fascia rollers.
