Discover the power of your breathing for your body, mind and all senses
From the meeting point at the idyllic Spitzingsee we start uphill in a small group. With every meter we gain in altitude, you leave the worries and tensions of everyday life behind you, see how the horizon expands and the air refreshes you.
You can use your first breathing exercises during the ascent to reach the Obere Firstalm with more strength and clarity.
On the mountain you can expect movement sessions with simple yoga flows to mobilize the body, as well as short breathing meditations to further expand your breathing and your awareness and feel yourself as a whole. In a longer “breathing journey” you will experience the transformative power of breathing on your own body and immerse yourself deeply in this experience.
During hikes and forest bathing you will sharpen the perception of all your senses, enjoy and absorb the nature of the Bavarian Alps.; as well as the healthy meals in the huts.
On the third day, you will return from this retreat feeling refreshed and energized in every way.
