Description Yoga Retreat

The annual fundraising campaign will of course take place again.
The guest rooms in the house are available to participating supporters and guests from a greater distance.
The tried and tested program starts with Sohana's yoga class, followed by the hour with stories about yoga with Sohana's instructor and trusted friend Ananda Devi.
Sarada is also back as a loyal friend and is happy to offer a Yin yoga lesson.
As a new offer, a sound yoga class will take place on this day, which will be conducted by yoga friend Parvati (Silke) Ballentin from Dinslaken. Parvati was there as a guest during the last event and was so enthusiastic that she immediately offered to support the next event.
Mirabai also travels from Wuppertal and has been closely connected to Sohana's yoga world since the beginning. A short inquiry was enough to get them excited about the idea.
This year, catering will be provided by the “Veganes Weserbergland” initiative from 11 a.m.
