Description Yoga Retreat

The Bursfelde monastery estate is beautifully located in the middle of the Münden Nature Park on the banks of the Weser. In this fantastic location, if the weather is good, we will practice yoga together in a small group of 10 people in the monastery garden in the shade of the ancient trees, by the rushing stream and romantic pond. Alternatively, we also have a nice room in the conference center at our disposal. Included is full board and an overnight stay in the monastery. Your opportunity to fully arrive at yourself. You can connect with yourself and nature without the distraction of the digital world and without WiFi.
