Would you like to take a break from your everyday life, get in touch with yourself and be in harmony with nature? Then this retreat is just right for you.
Start your day with a refreshing yoga session that will recharge your batteries and sharpen your senses. Why being close to nature lets us breathe a sigh of relief and become free inside, grounds us and also gives us joy in life. You will experience all of this on my exploratory herb hike. You will learn a lot about the local wild herbs and medicinal plants and will be surrounded by a magnificent mountain backdrop.
Under expert guidance, you will then create your own natural care products from the collected herbs to pamper your body and skin.
Every day you will receive freshly cooked meals from the chef Irmgard Wöhrl, who will spoil you with delicious dishes in the morning and evening. Enjoy the variety and harmony of the vegetarian/vegan, partly Ayurvedic cuisine that strengthens and refreshes you from the inside out.
As soon as you arrive at the Zederberghof, you notice how everyday thoughts evaporate and a breathtaking mountain backdrop makes way for you to get out of your own way and enjoy the here and now.
A very special energy surrounds the light-filled yoga room, there is a pleasant smell from the incense and a feeling of well-being quickly sets in in the small, protected setting. The yoga room gives courage and sometimes the necessary strength to arrive at oneself and to feel within. Breathe in deeply and breathe out again. To feel the body holistically and to know what is good for you and what can be let go of. It's about empowerment and the feeling of being in control of your own destiny. To be a part of the whole and to consciously perceive the moments of lightness and connection. It is precisely this focus that helps us find our own happiness.
