We encounter love every day – in our relationship with ourselves, with our children, our partner, our family or our friends.
But sometimes we find it difficult to accept love, set boundaries, or feel truly seen. Often the same patterns repeat themselves without us fully understanding why.
And sometimes a new perspective opens up entirely new possibilities.
During our joint seminar weekend at Lake Constance, we will explore precisely these questions.
Anja uses your date of birth to show you which potentials, relationship patterns and life themes accompany you. Not to define you, but to help you understand yourself better – with more clarity and compassion for your own path.
I will accompany you with gong, breathwork and bodywork to not only understand these insights, but also to experience them. Because real change often happens when the head, heart, and body come together.

We will meet in a beautiful farmhouse right on Lake Constance – in a small group with only 12 participants. The special atmosphere of this place creates space for peace, exchange and genuine encounters. We'd love for you to join us.
