Workshop series: Yoga during and after cancer gently counteracting side effects – with movement, breathing and relaxation

Many side effects of cancer treatment can have a lasting impact on daily life. In this 5-part workshop series, we will address the most common side effects and learn how yoga, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation can support greater well-being and quality of life.

✨ Each workshop includes:

Gentle, adapted yoga practice; interesting facts about the respective topic; breathing exercises to regulate the nervous and glandular systems; 15 minutes of guided deep relaxation; time for questions and discussion

Workshop date: 1: August 3, 2026 Lymphatic system & lymph flow

Gentle movements to support lymph flow, promote detoxification and reduce feelings of tension and heaviness.

☀️ Workshop date: 2: August 10, 2026 Fatigue – Finding new strength

Yoga for cancer-related fatigue. Mindful movements and breathing techniques help to activate energy reserves and avoid overexertion.

Workshop date: 3: August 17, 2026 Polyneuropathy

Gentle exercises for balance, body awareness, and mobility. Support for tingling, numbness, and insecurity in everyday life.

Workshop date: 4: August 24, 2026 Osteoporosis

Yoga promotes stability, balance, and muscle strength. For greater confidence in everyday life and a stronger sense of one's body.

Workshop date: 5: August 31, 2026 Osteoporosis

Yoga promotes stability, balance, and muscle strength. For greater confidence in everyday life and a stronger sense of one's body.
