Description yoga
With more than 10 years of experience as a yoga teacher and as a trained yoga therapist, I am increasingly developing my own idea of what yoga can be and how people can benefit from it sustainably.
For me today, yoga is a field of experimentation for life. If I practice yoga with ease, dignity and harmony, then I can transfer parts of it into my everyday life and increase my well-being.
In all yoga classes, only those exercises should be used that can be practiced with ease, dignity and harmony and without risk of injury.
The aim of all offers and activities should be - in the spirit of prevention - to avoid, delay or make illnesses less likely.
I want to motivate people to be more active in their own lives, to question old habits, to consciously establish new habits and to encourage them to keep their eyes open about what feels good and what doesn't.
The focus should be on the spirit of discovery, lightness, creativity, joy in movement, joy in doing things and, above all, joy in life.

Mondays, 7:00 p.m. (60 min)
In addition to exercises for the whole body, let's direct our attention and love to the back and spine. A healthy back needs a bit of affection, movement, active muscles, loosening, tension and of course relaxation. -
Stable and light
Mondays, 8:15 p.m. (75 min)
The aim of this class is to go home with a feeling of stability but also lightness. To achieve this, we want to loosen, strengthen, perceive, tense, firm, discover, let go, feel and relax the body holistically with simple exercises.
