In this 9-week Kundalini yoga course, we will focus specifically on our immune system in each session to strengthen it and optimally prepare the body for the cold season.

✨ Why Kundalini Yoga can support your immune system:

A strong immune system helps you stay healthy and resilient throughout the autumn and winter months. Targeted yoga exercises free and revitalize your respiratory system, strengthen the diaphragm, and promote deep, cleansing breathing. This makes it harder for bacteria and germs to take hold.

Since health begins in the gut, we also work with exercises and positions that gently massage and stretch the abdominal region. These support your digestive system and can have a positive effect on your immune system.

Additional exercises for the lymphatic system promote the natural removal of metabolic waste products and support the body's own cleansing processes.

The primary goal is to strengthen your defenses and prepare your immune system for the cold season – so that the challenges of everyday life and the cold season don't throw you off track so easily.

You can enjoy the RnB YOGA & WINE Retreat this autumn at the beautiful Parkhotel Mondschein in Bolzano. We've come up with some special features: In addition to all-level Vinyasa RnB music and guided meditations, as well as short Shavasana massages, there will be a fantastic wine tour of the Bolzano winery followed by a wine tasting.

 

The lifestyle hotel is not only a magnet for tourists, but locals also like to come to the legendary DJ'n'Drinks Night with live music and international DJs at the hotel bar.

 

A Pizza Night with original Neapolitan pizza also awaits you.

 

The hotel has a sauna and an outdoor pool in the beautiful hotel garden, which we can also enjoy in October for drinking Aperol and relaxing.

Your yoga prevention course "Hatha Yoga Compact" as a weekend retreat in the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park:

It lasts 3 days (from Friday afternoon to Sunday midday), a total of 8 x 45 minutes.

Participation in meditations and workshops on breath and the lymphatic system is voluntary and free of charge. Advance registration is requested.

The seminar house is in an idyllic, secluded location surrounded by nature and offers overnight accommodation.

Nestled and surrounded by 260,000 m² of our own natural forest in the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park.

It has its own forest stream path, approximately 3.5 km long, which leads directly along the Wesebach stream, through forest and meadows and features several bridges and various surfaces - ideal for quiet rituals, walking meditation and nature integration.
