Yoga, breathing techniques and deep relaxation for a calmer nervous system and better sleep.

Many people experience difficulty falling asleep, waking up at night, or inner restlessness during and after cancer treatment.

In this workshop you will learn how yoga, conscious breathing and relaxation techniques can help regulate your nervous system and find more peace again.

Together we will practice:

• Gentle yoga sequences for the evening
• Breathing techniques for switching off and relaxing
• Relaxation exercises for falling asleep
• Strategies to combat racing thoughts and tension
• 15 minutes of guided deep relaxation
• For a more peaceful evening, better sleep and more relaxation.

Yoga in the Kornwestheim leisure park. Get out into nature. Back to yourself.

Experience the soothing power of yoga in the open air – amidst the greenery of the Kornwestheim leisure park.

Every Tuesday in July & August 2026 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm, I invite you to leave everyday life behind and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature.
Please note: This event will not take place on July 28, 2026.

Come and treat yourself to a conscious break. Take a deep breath, feel the fresh air and find your inner balance under the open sky.

The rustling of the leaves, the soft light of the evening, and the vastness of the sky create a space where you can recharge your batteries and completely relax.

We combine movement and breath (Pranayama) into a harmonious unity – sometimes gentle and relaxing, sometimes powerful and dynamic.
Each hour begins with a meditation that helps you arrive in the present moment and directs your focus inwards.

Whether you already have yoga experience or want to start from scratch – this outdoor class offers you the opportunity to strengthen your body,
to clear your mind and connect with yourself and nature.

After the session, you can expect a soothing final relaxation – feel free to bring a blanket or warm clothing for this.

Participation is only possible with prior booking via my booking system "Fyndery"

Please bring: yoga mat, something to drink, and if needed, sunscreen, tick repellent, and something warm for the final relaxation.

Meeting point: We will meet 15-20 minutes before the course starts in the parking lot at the Kornwestheim leisure park. A map will follow!

Important information: The outdoor yoga class will not take place in case of heavy rain, thunderstorms, storms, or for safety reasons. The class starts at 7 pm, and we can retreat to the shade under the trees, so yoga is still possible even in warmer temperatures! The instructor will make the final decision regarding whether the class will take place no later than two hours before the start time, and you will be informed by email. If the class is canceled due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund. Please also note my cancellation policy – ​​by booking, you agree to these terms.
