What to expect

6-day intensive course

In connection with Yin Yoga, we dedicate ourselves to the topics of meditation, chakras, meridians and fascia, but also to the element theory from TCM in theory and practice.

You will learn how to incorporate mental, energetic, and philosophical content into your sequence alongside physical topics, weaving them into your entire teaching, and thus creating and teaching more in-depth units with a variety of topics.

A special focus is on thematic sequencing – you will learn how to structure a Yin Yoga session not only physically, but also in terms of content: with a common thread that runs from the opening to the final meditation.

You will learn how to use props effectively, provide individual support to participants, and address different physical needs – safely, attentively, and competently. Contraindications and safe instruction are integral parts of the training.

Furthermore, we will focus on the voice as a teaching tool: tempo, pauses, modulation, and language – all of these influence how a Yin Yoga session is experienced. You will learn to use your voice consciously and effectively.

Focus: Body, mind, energy, methodology & didactics, meditation & relaxation and thematic variations for philosophical-spiritual depth as well as the handling and use of the voice.

We dedicate ourselves to the teachings of Yoga Nidra, based on the traditional approaches of Swami Satyananda Saraswati as well as modern adaptations and extended techniques.

You will learn the scientific foundations – accompanied by sound theory about the autonomic nervous system, states of consciousness, and neurophysiological brain functions during deep relaxation. In this way, we combine ancient wisdom with modern science.

You will gain confidence in creating and leading Yoga Nidra sessions and learn how to adapt them to different target groups and needs. The voice as an instrument – ​​with conscious tempo, rhythm, and modulation – is also an integral part of the training.

Furthermore, you will discover the effect of visualizations and inner images, as well as the art of Sankalpa and the difference to conventional affirmations.

Between the theoretical units, we regularly delve into practical application - this way you integrate the knowledge through your own profound experiences.

Focus: Mind and consciousness, methodology & didactics, voice, affirmations and visualizations - as well as plenty of Yoga Nidra practice.

What to expect

We delve into the philosophical dimensions of yoga and combine ancient wisdom teachings with precise physical alignment - accompanied daily by classical Hatha Yoga sequences specially developed for the theory.

You will explore the pantheon of gods in yoga and their symbolism as a philosophical and psychological concept, the essential teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, and Patanjali's concepts for calming the waves of thought.

Specific asanas and alignment principles make these contents physically tangible, mudras and pranayama techniques deepen the connection between body and mind.

Through precise alignment, we create a conscious connection between outer form and inner experience - a path from physical alignment to mental clarity - embodied yoga philosophy.

Ultimately, you explore the essence of yoga - Samadhi and the true self - through advanced alignment principles that enable deep presence.

Focus: Yoga philosophy in motion, physical alignment, Kleshas and Vrittis in Asanas, Mudras and Pranayama, subtle alignment principles for deep presence, methodology & didactics.

Your yoga prevention course "Hatha Yoga Compact" as a weekend retreat in the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park:

It lasts 3 days (from Friday afternoon to Sunday midday), a total of 8 x 45 minutes.

Participation in meditations and workshops on breath and the lymphatic system is voluntary and free of charge. Advance registration is requested.

The seminar house is in an idyllic, secluded location surrounded by nature and offers overnight accommodation.

Nestled and surrounded by 260,000 m² of our own natural forest in the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park.

It has its own forest stream path, approximately 3.5 km long, which leads directly along the Wesebach stream, through forest and meadows and features several bridges and various surfaces - ideal for quiet rituals, walking meditation and nature integration.

Course fees: EUR 192.00 plus accommodation and meal costs.

Participation is possible with or without overnight accommodation, and overnight stays with or without meals. Overnight stays in a van, camper, tent, or in the seminar room are also possible, as is day-visiting without overnight stays, with shared toilets and showers.

• The course fee invoice will be issued separately for the purpose of providing a certificate of participation for the health insurance company.
• It is suitable for all levels; participation is possible even without prior knowledge.

Billing with your health insurance company is handled independently after the retreat. You will receive a certificate of participation, which you then submit to your health insurance provider. The amount of reimbursement depends on your specific health insurance company (on average it's around €150 – no guarantee; it's best to check directly with your statutory health insurance provider).

When the days grow shorter, the world outside seems a little quieter, and the first lights illuminate the darkness, a very special time of year begins. ✨

Then you've come to the right place. A mala is a great gift for yourself or a very nice gift for friends or your partner.

Would you like to participate in the MALA WORKSHOP and wish for this workshop as a gift voucher for Christmas, your birthday, passing your yoga teacher exam, or just because?

My MALA workshop proceeds as follows:

Before the workshop, I will call you to choose the gemstones, knotting silk, guru bead, and tassel for your mala. You can either choose...

your birthstone, or you choose the gemstones according to their healing properties, or simply according to your personal taste.

At the beginning of the workshop, I will hand out all the materials to you. We will then practice tying tight knots right next to the bead for about 20 minutes.

Next, you lay out the order of your gemstones or wooden beads on a bead board, and I will show you how to make your own tassel.

Then you'll make your own mala. At the end, you'll receive a fabric bag in which to store your mala. A paper tag is attached to the

I will also provide you with information about the gemstones and their respective meanings and effects that were used in your MALA.

While we knot the malas, I will tell you about the history and tradition of malas as Buddhist prayer beads, meditation accessories and jewelry, and we will recite.

A suitable mantra will be chosen. At the end of the workshop, you will consecrate your mala with a mantra of your choice and then energetically cleanse it.

The MALA workshop takes place with a minimum of eight and a maximum of fourteen people.

It lasts approximately 6 hours and costs you: €128 (regular price) if you register from October 16, 2026.

I would then purchase them for you. Please expect additional material costs of approximately €30 to €80 (I will inform you of these in advance). The costs for any special material requests are payable in cash on-site at the workshop and will be purchased separately by me.
