One of the old hands in the Stuttgart yoga scene is Rudolf Fuchs, who has been teaching yoga at the Yoga School Stuttgart since 1965. Brand new on the scene is the Yoga House, which opened in 2017 and where you can practice yoga on 5 floors.

In the 2Yoga Vidya Stuttgart centers, the primary goal is to strengthen your own body awareness and self-perception. If you have always wanted to try yoga and do something good at the same time, all proceeds from the trial lessons at Yoga Vidya are donated to charitable projects.

The studio in the gallery and the Mattengold studio have specialized in the combination of yoga and Pilates. Tibetan healing yoga is available in Stuttgart-Obertürkheim at Lu Jong Yoga . The Yoga-ma studio combines traditional yoga with the scientifically, anatomically based concept of spiral dynamics.

Unusual yoga locations and special yoga classes in Stuttgart

• Yoga for early risers : Sunrise Yoga is held 3 times a week at moveorespiro in one of the two studios. You have to get up at least at 6 a.m. because the first class starts at 6:30 a.m.
• Yoga with childcare : At Jivana Yoga, childcare is offered in the fitness club in addition to the yoga classes, so that you - the moms and dads - can also relax for a while.
• Virtual reality and yoga : Yoga Ganz Anders wants to take people in hospitals and retirement homes away from their surroundings for a few brief moments.
